Meet Luis

Luis is the veteran-owner and host behind Toujours Prêt Place. He proudly served 10 years in the United States Army, with tours of duty stationed in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and in Germany. That decade of service shaped the values that guide how he runs his property today — discipline, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to taking care of the people around him.
Beyond his military background, Luis is first and foremost a father. Family is at the center of everything he does, and it's the reason hospitality comes so naturally to him. He understands what it means to travel, to relocate, and to need a place that actually feels like home — not just a room to sleep in.
Today, Luis's career keeps him on the road often, traveling for work throughout the year. That firsthand experience as a frequent traveler is exactly what makes him such an attentive host. He knows the small details that matter after a long day of travel: clean sheets, fast Wi-Fi, a quiet space to rest, and a host who actually answers when you reach out.
Since opening Toujours Prêt Place in January 2023, Luis has personally welcomed more than 30 families, traveling professionals, and guests from across the country. His five-star reviews on Airbnb, FurnishedFinder, and Vrbo all say the same thing: responsive, thoughtful, and truly cares.
That's the standard behind the name. Toujours Prêt — always ready — is more than a motto. It's a promise from a veteran, a father, and a host who takes pride in making every stay feel like home.
