Rental Qualifications
To qualify for a rental, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Complete a rental application.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a credit check.
- No felony convictions.
- Provide proof of renters insurance before move-in.
Required at Lease Signing
The following payments are due when the lease is signed:
- Security Deposit
- Cleaning Fee
Required at Move-In
The following payment is due on or before the move-in date:
- First Month's Rent
